SmartOpsMgt™ is an early-stage technology company with offices located in the center of the industrial belt in the Northeastern USA. SmartOpsMgt assembles and sells real-time operations tracking and process flow management Internet of Things (IOT) appliances for use by manufacturing and industrial distribution organizations.
These IOT appliances are sold under the trade name SmartOps24x7™. They significantly reduce the amount of overhead labor needed to track and manage the flow of jobs and materials through manufacturing and distribution processes. They also improve the efficiency of operations, reduce mistakes, and increase sales by helping ensure on-time delivery of customer orders, complete with required data.
This affordable SmartOps24x7 IOT product line enables smaller manufacturing companies to transition from using first generation manual operations tracking and process-flow management methods to third generation Industrial Smart Operations Management (ISOM) methods and procedures.

SmartOps24x7 IOT appliances provide an on-premises alternative to unreliable and expensive Cloud-based systems and enable manufacturers to keep their operations running even when there is a breakdown in Internet communications. Yet, at the same time, these appliances have extensive capabilities to exchange data with a wide-range of ERP, generative AI, and other Cloud-based systems when the Internet is available.
SmartOpsMgt is now recruiting team members and seeking expressions of interest from qualified investors. SmartOpsMgt is also recruiting partners for its reseller partner program. This will enable barcode and RFID equipment resellers, industrial systems integrators, and ERP support organizations to integrate the SmartOPs24x7 IOT products into solutions that they are implementing for their clients.
Currently SmartOpsMgt is organized as a Massachusetts LLC for tax reasons. In the near future it is planned to "transform" SmartOpsMgt from an LLC to a "C" corporation to enable equity participation by team members and tax advantaged investment by investors.
